• All prices are stated in Singapore dollar.
• Product measurements given are only approximate. As each product is handcrafted and thus unique, these measurements may vary slightly for certain products.
• The color of the products may also vary slightly from that observed in the pictures.
• All sale is final and goods sold are non refundable. But if for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, do feedback to us and we will assist you for a replacement. Please note that only a very limited number of the same design is available, thus we reserve the rights to evaluate each case and replace another one of equivalent value if necessary.
• Promotions, discount privileges, terms and conditions may be amended or withdrawn without prior notice at the sole discretion of Enjoi.

Delivery and payment policy

Free island wide delivery (only within Singapore)

To facilitate online shopping, we offer free island wide delivery when you pay by DBS/POSB fund transfer or cheque. Upon order, you will receive via email, a sales invoice with payment details within 3 working days. Once your payment is received, item/s will be sent to SingPost for delivery. We will further confirm with you the estimated delivery date, please allow 3 working days for the delivery.

Cash on Delivery (only within Singapore)

You can also collect your goods personally at designated MRT stations at no additional charge. We accept cash only in this case. We will contact you by phone within 3 working days after the order.

International Delivery

We accept PayPal, secured Credit card payment (VISA, MasterCard and American Express). Upon order, you will receive via email, a sales invoice with payment details within 3 working days. The currency will be converted to USD with an additional 5% charge.

Delivery charges apply in this case. We send via Singpost, you can have a rough gauge at http://www.singpost.com.sg, click on postage calculator. Once your payment is received, the item/s will be sent to Singpost for delivery. We will further confirm with you the estimated delivery date.

Delivery within Malaysia

Payment via May Bank Fund transfer in ringgit is possible, amount payable will be subjected to the exchange rate on the day the invoice is generated. Delivery charges will apply. Do select bank transfer as the payment mode.
